Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickSummer Entertainment ("the Service"), operated by Welcome Entertainment OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Estonia, with its registered office at Tartu mnt 2/7, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuickSummer is a platform for film producers, agents, investors, and other industry participants to develop projects, analyse financing, and connect with each other. Features include a liquidation calculator, pitching tools, classifieds board, warm-introduction marketplace, Pro subscription, and AI-curated news.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Post content you do not have the right to share (including copyright-infringing material).
Impersonate another person or organisation.
Use the platform for fraud, harassment, spam, or illegal purposes.
Attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape data at scale, or bypass security controls.
Post escrow offers you do not intend to pay for, or accept escrow offers you do not intend to fulfil.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is a recurring paid subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Billing starts immediately on purchase and renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal linked from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.
A 30-day free trial is available to new accounts; no credit card is required.
Under EU consumer law, by starting to use Pro features immediately on purchase, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital services already rendered.

5. Warm-introduction escrow marketplace

Our escrow feature lets a buyer post a paid request for an introduction to a named contact, and an introducer can accept.

Buyer: you are not charged when you post. Your card is charged the stated amount only when an introducer accepts. You must then confirm in good faith whether the introduction was made.
Introducer: by accepting, you commit to making the introduction described. You must have completed Stripe Connect onboarding and be eligible to receive payouts in your jurisdiction.
Platform commission: we retain 15% of each completed offer. The remaining 85% is transferred to the introducer on completion.
Time limit: offers that are not accepted within 14 days are automatically expired.
Disputes: either party may raise a dispute before funds are released. We review disputes in good faith but do not guarantee a particular outcome.
No introduction guarantee: QuickSummer does not guarantee that any contact will respond positively. The amount is paid for the act of making the introduction, not for any business outcome.

6. Content you post

You retain all rights to the project ideas, pitches, calculations, and other content you create. By posting content publicly (e.g. "Open Access" items, classifieds), you grant QuickSummer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform while the account remains active.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

7. Intellectual property

The QuickSummer platform, its design, the QS Motion Picture Liquidation Model, and all original content are © 2003–2026 Jaanus Silla / Welcome Entertainment OÜ. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. AI-generated content and suggestions

Some features use AI (e.g. news curation, creative suggestions, translation). AI outputs can be wrong. Verify important information independently before acting on it. You are responsible for ensuring AI-assisted content you use in your projects meets relevant copyright and union rules.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes to the subscription or escrow terms will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuickSummer is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost contacts, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. On closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
